We understand the buying process can be overwhelming, but we want to do our very best to ensure a smooth and successful transition.

1 ORDERING

Budgetary Quote

We will create an accurate quote, including freight, for your project. Quotes will be based on spec sheets, sample drawings and pictures of your containers and labels.

Order Processing

Once the purchase order, signed proposal and down payment are received, Pack Leader USA will begin work on your machine and sample testing will take place.

Samples

After receiving samples of labels and containers, Pack Leader USA will perform a test run and final review. We require a full roll of labels and a minimum of 100 product samples.

2 PRODUCTION & CUSTOMIZATION

Video Acceptance Test

We will create an accurate quote, including freight, for your project. Quotes will be based on spec sheets, sample drawings and pictures of your containers and labels.

Product Settings

We will provide a downloadable link that documents all of the memory presets and product settings. Once you have received these final forms your machine will be readied for shipment by Pack Leader USA’s crating team.

3 SHIPMENT

Freight Shipping

Pack Leader USA ships exclusively with UPS LTL Freight. Every shipment that is scheduled by Pack Leader USA is fully insured for all outgoing equipment, components, and parts. Pack Leader USA can also provide dimension data for arranging your own shipments.

4 SUPPORT

Warranty

All Pack Leader USA products come with a registration card for warranties.

Training

Training for your new Pack Leader USA equipment is also available upon request.

Service & Parts

Pack Leader USA employs a team of certified technicians that offer techinical assistance on all our machines.
